Salesforce form a large part of the city's Technology Strategy, providing a customer relationship management platform that will seamlessly connect staff, customers and information.
As set out in the Customer Experience Programme, introducing new systems and technologies simplifies the way Peterborough City Council interact with customers yet gives a better picture of customers' circumstances and needs, and allows teams to provide targeted support when required.
The Peterborough CORE is a city-wide, pure fibre network that is revolutionising the way Peterborough does business. In March 2015, Peterborough was named the UK's first gigabit city.
